1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Exam PSC platform (www.exampsc.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. About the Platform

Exam PSC is an online practice platform for Kerala Departmental Tests, owned and operated by Ashwin M Das. The platform provides access to question papers and mock exams to help candidates prepare for Kerala Departmental Tests.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account sharing is not permitted; each subscription is for a single user only.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
• Only one active session per account is permitted at a time.

4. Subscription & Access Plans

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Plans are available for 90 days, 180 days, and 360 days.
• A valid plan unlocks all question papers and locked questions for the selected duration.
• Access expires automatically at the end of the plan period; questions revert to locked status.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay; Exam PSC does not store card or payment details.
• Free preview questions in locked papers are accessible without a plan.

5. Question Papers & Content

• Question papers are sourced from official Kerala Departmental Test records.
• Some questions may be locked and accessible only with an active subscription plan.
• Content is provided for personal practice only and may not be reproduced or distributed.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Users are encouraged to report discrepancies.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and software are the intellectual property of Exam PSC. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Copying, scraping, or extracting question banks by any means.
• Sharing login credentials or subscription access with others.
• Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent any locking, payment, or security mechanism.
• Uploading or distributing any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Exam PSC provides content on a best-effort basis. The platform is not liable for any exam outcomes, decisions, or losses arising from use of practice materials or results.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

1. Digital Subscription Purchases

All subscription purchases are for digital access to online question papers. Plans are available for 90, 180, and 360 days. Once a plan is activated and content has been accessed, refunds are generally not applicable as the digital service has been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure on our part that prevented access to subscribed content for more than 48 consecutive hours.
• Duplicate payment for the same plan due to a verified system error.
• Plan was activated but locked content was not made accessible as described.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after activating a subscription plan.
• Failure to use the service within the plan period.
• Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Internet or device-related issues on the user's side.
• Partial use of the plan period.

• Device & Session Data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and session timestamps — collected to manage concurrent session control and prevent account sharing.
• Favourites & Preferences: Papers you mark as favourites and your in-app preferences, stored to personalise your experience.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account.
• To activate and track your subscription plan and unlock access to question papers.
• To display your exam results, progress analytics, and countdown timers.
• To enforce one-session-per-account policy and prevent unauthorised sharing.
• To communicate important updates, plan expiry reminders, or policy changes.
• To improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), which complies with industry-standard security practices. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmissions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing (governed by Razorpay's own Privacy Policy).
• Google Firebase — for secure data storage and authentication.
• Law enforcement authorities if required by applicable law.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage and Firebase session tokens to maintain your login state and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may clear browser storage at any time, which will log you out of the platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
